Submissions for the THIRD ACTion Film Festival are open!
Preparations for the THIRD ACTion Film Festival 2025, which will take place on June 6 - 8, are at full speed, which means it is time for film submissions!
Film Festival Submission Guidelines
We invite filmmakers around the world to submit their films for consideration. To be a part of this amazing festival, one main character must be age 60+. Short and Feature Films from all genres are eligible. All submissions will be evaluated by a jury of reviewers who will select the films that best align with the festival’s mission and programming goals.
Awards and Prizes
The best films and shorts will be awarded in different categories during the festival!
Audience Favorite Award: $1,000
Best Short Award: $1,000
Resilience in Aging Award: $1,000

Submit Ahead of Time
Don’t forget to submit via Film Freeway before January 31, 2025.
