Chela, recently widowed, has moved to be closer to her daughter, who is not emotionally close to her mother. To cope with the loneliness, Chela drinks in secret. One day she meets her neighbour, Elena, and invites her round for tea. Soon they become fast friends. However, Elena has a secret that may blow their friendship apart.
